How to Make a Pizza Oven Door: This is pretty much self-explanatory, but this blog explains the importance of having an oven door that is not a burns hazard. That is why Pizza Ovens Australia use a solid wooden door lined with non-combustible material for their newly installed Pizza Ovens. It also explains the details of how to build one, when to use it and so on.

Best Pizza/wood-fired ovens: This blog discusses the different types of materials that can be used in the building of the pizza oven. Pizza Ovens Australia recommend the use of  ‘non-refractory’ bricks for use in any normal cooking situation. Refractory bricks are unneccessary, expensive and actually aren’t suited for cooking purposes.
